For every gift card returned, we receive a generous compensation – on average around 75% of the value of the map. Our partner Wissel.nl adds to that 3% per voucher.
What do we use it for?
With the proceeds from the gift vouchers we can specific (household) buy stuff that the refugio in Spain needs.
We will include these items in the next shipment, together with the food donations and other collected items, so that the shelter in Spain is immediately helped with what is often in short supply locally.

Then, using the orange donation button at the top of the page, you can select the donation goal "HH supplies." This way, you can donate money directly, which we will use for this cause.
How does redemption work?
You can return your gift card in different ways. Whatever you like best!
You can also exchange your card(s) digitally directly.
To do this, go to the special ACE SHIN page at: https://in Exchange. Exchange.nl/public/donate/ace
There you can check whether your card is suitable and follow the steps for digital redemption. If you do not know the value of your card in step 2, you can request it via the balance checker, or leave this section blank and go to the next step.
You can send your card(s) to Team Collection. Because our teams consist of volunteers, we cannot share (private) addresses via the website.
You can request the correct address for sending the card(s) via inzameling.nederland@ace-charity.org.

ACE SHIN has various collection points for goods in the Netherlands and Belgium. You can hand in the gift card(s) – possibly together with other items – at these collection points. They then take care of further distribution and exchange.
