ACE|SHIN is completely dependent on sponsorship and donations without government support. In addition to financial support, we are also very helpful with sponsorship in kind. With so many dogs and cats to care for on a daily basis, we are also saved with food donations, or other means. The adoption fees are insufficient to cover these recurring costs.

If you have items – from the list below – for our shelter in southern Spain, please contact one of our Collection Coordinators. They will give you the address of a collection point closest to you, where the items can be taken. If you would like to make a larger feed donation (on a business basis), you can also make this known through them, and our PR coordinators will contact you for options to give extra publicity to this.

We can use the following goods:

Enter:

  • Chunks – dogs & cats (NOT opened food packages)
  • Felix soup
  • Whiskas Junior 2-12 months (cats)
  • Royal Canin gastrointestinal. For both cats and dogs.
  • From Hill's Sensitivities cats z/d chicken

Preventative measures:

  • Anti-parasite treatment: everything is welcome – except frontline (please within the date!)
  • Virbac Effipro spot-on spray … is also given to puppies and kittens.
  • Anti-worm tablets

Other items:

  • Dettol medical (for disinfection)
  • Loose parts scratching post
  • Large stainless steel buckets
  • Large stainless steel dog bowls (diameter greater than 30 cm)
  • Iron Army storage chests
  • Plastic baskets M, L and XL
  • Toys for puppies (Nylabone bones, floss ropes, and toys without squeakers or filling)
  • Heat mats
  • Heat lamps (not from China)
  • Handgel 
  • Dog jackets (if not needed in Spain, these are sold for the benefit of ACE|SHIN)
  • Medication (such as Prednoral, Apoquel, painkillers, supplements such as vitamins and probiotics)
