Would you like to have a dog or cat, but you don't have that possibility at the moment? Or you have adopted a dog or cat and would like to help another dog or cat? Then you could adopt an animal financially, also called virtual adoption!

You can see on our website under "Dogs for adoption" and "Cats for adoption" which dogs and cats have not yet been reserved or adopted. Select under 'Status'for the option'Without a virtual adopter', for an overview of all dogs or cats that do not have a virtual adopter. Please note, not all dogs/cats are eligible for virtual adoption.

All virtual adoptions are coordinated with the Virtual Adoptions Coordinator, who can be reached via: virtuele.adopties@ace-charity.org

The animal you have virtually adopted will remain in the shelter or will be placed in a foster family until it is adopted. All dogs and cats that belong to ACE|SHIN come in, receive the treatment and care they need. If we receive animals with an illness or a medical problem, we start the necessary treatment as soon as possible.

Your monthly contribution helps pay for care, treatments for illnesses or neglect, medication, castration/sterilization and food. In short, they get a second chance, with the aim of giving them a dignified life again. Of course, these costs cannot be covered by one virtual adopter. These costs are at least € 45,00 per month. That is why we always hope that an animal gets multiple virtual adopters in order to cover the costs as well as possible. Especially when it concerns animals with health problems!

By means of a monthly contribution from €15 will support the dog/cat you virtually adopted.
Do you support a dog/cat monthly? from €50,- and you will become his/her STER sponsor.

If you become a virtual adopter or virtual STER sponsor, we will mention on our site that you have virtually adopted the dog or cat. For this mention, you may provide your own text, with a maximum of 24 characters (including spaces). Of course, we will keep you informed of the developments of your animal. You will also receive a certificate of the virtual adoption.
